Chef Alejandro Daboub Bosch oversees the gastronomic experience at Kimpton Aluna Tulum and has shaped Parallel 20˚’s eclectic menu to showcase local and organic ingredients with international accents. He brings experience as Executive Chef at both Dabbo in Madrid and Nom in Mexico City.
